When will my order be shipped?
We pride ourselves on prompt delivery of our products. Our effective distribution system allows us to ship all paid orders within 1 - 5 business days depending on the item ordered and our stock levels. Our dispatch operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
How much is shipping?ScanGuard gives you fast delivery of your purchase, with reliable carriers. When you buy from ScanGuard, your purchase will fit into one of three shipping categories.
1. Free - All ScanGuard RFID blocking sleeves and travel packs. Tampertell luggage security system.
2. $10.00 Fixed Rate - Luggage Locks, Aluminium Cases, Wallets and RFID Protection, Luggage Scales, Money Belts & Pouches.
3. $14.00 Fixed Rate - Anti-Theft Bags.
All purchases that fit into the fixed rate category will require a signature upon delivery. Should the delivery address be unattended, a card will be left at the address so that the parcel can be collected at your convenience.
What if I need my order very urgently?
We understand that sometimes you may leave something to the last minute creating panic and urgency. So why not take advantage of our “Express Post option” to speed up the delivery process? We offer $6.00 flat rate express postage for all ScanGuard sleeves, $15.00 for Luggage Locks, Aluminium Cases, Wallets and RFID Protection, Luggage Scales, Money Belts & Pouches and $19.00 for Anti-Theft Bags. These options can selected online.

Delivery is within Australia, to street addresses or PO Boxes.
How is my order shipped?
ScanGuard proudly uses Australia Post for all our deliveries.

Do I need to be at home to accept my order?
No. Depending upon the size of your order, our ScanGuard RFID Blocking Sleeves are able to be posted in a regular business sized envelope and will be delivered with your normal mail. If you have ordered any of our other advertised products, these will be delivered as a parcel. If you are not at home when delivery occurs your order will be available for collection at your nearest Post Office. You may wish to organise delivery to your work address if this is more convenient.
For parcels, our delivery system will keep track of your purchase during delivery. You will receive an email from us containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
In the event that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment. Orders are generally not split unless specifically requested.
Customers in country or regional areas may experience some delays.
ScanGuard guarantees you will receive your purchase. Delays in postage are out of ScanGuard’s control, but we will resolve any transit issues as quickly as possible.
If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to ScanGuard, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs.
If delivery is to a business or work address, please supply the name of the business in the shipping field of your order. This avoids any confusion when multiple businesses are at the same address.
